Mr. Bruce Monroe, founder of Zero Draft Insulation and Energy Solutions and its parent company, Monroe Infrared Technology, was the former director of a New England Utility Energy Program and operated two successful insulation companies. As the director of the Utility Energy Program, Mr. Monroe tested various insulation products and their correct applications in buildings. He also implemented a standardization and training program for utility contractors. For consumer protection Mr. Monroe developed an infrared inspection program to determine a building's needs before the work was done and then to evaluate contractor workmanship after the job was completed.
Additionally, Michael Payeur, present owner of Zero Draft Insulation and Energy Solutions, brings 25 years of experience as a building contractor and real estate developer.
